This time,
Farris Wilks and Dan Wilks, two well-known business tycoons of Texas have made
the acquisition of Advancial Tower located in Uptown, belongs to the city of
Dallas. Advancial Tower is a ‘Class A’ office building placed at 17th
story and has area of about 147,252 square feet. Both of these business tycoons
have not disclosed the terms and conditions of the acquisition of the property.
Central Appraisal District of the Dallas city has valued the property at a huge
amount worth $16.25 million.
Greg
Grainger is the RMD i.e. regional managing director of services division of
real estate management at Colliers International. According to him, “Business
tycoons have purchased the valuable property as part of their investment plans,
so that they can buy some more real estate for coming future.” Greg Grainger
has further given his viewpoints as, “Uptown is one of the profitable real
estate markets, located in the city of Dallas. With this first acquisition, the
business tycoons have aimed towards the finding of valuable asset for
leveraging the people of Dallas towards improvement in the quality of assets.”
Other than
this, billionaire brothers have made some other real estate purchases in the
form of acreage belong to Montana. Ben Lurie, Creighton Stark and Jim Graham of
Colliers International have represented the business tycoons in the real-estate
business deal. Lastly, HHF has taken the responsibility of marketing the
property on behalf of their sellers as Charter Holdings.
